What to bring to your fingerprint appointment:
Always ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
For an appointment to run smoothly please remember the following items:-
PASSPORT
Valid passport is required
PASSPORT PHOTO
Provide an original passport photo and we can fix to your fingerprint form and scan all documents to a PDF file for you to attach to your online application. We can take your passport photo for $15 (for a set of 8)
FINGERPRINT FORM
We have the original fingerprint form in the office that is accepted.
